What is an eSIM?
​

An eSIM stands for “Embedded Subscriber Identity Module” that is embedded inside your device. It is a digital SIM that allows you to use a Vi™ postpaid number without using a physical SIM.

Self-Service (eSIM Reservation Portal)

Ardvark’s eSIM solutions enables subscribers to reserve a mobile subscription in advance of purchasing a SIM via digital platforms, such as an online web portal or a mobile app. This allows for seamless SIM activation and
personalization of those SIMs.

QR Code Activation

QR code to be scanned with the smartphone in order to download the eSIM profile. This QR code simply contains a set of information (e.g. SM-DP+ address…) that tells the device where to get its final eSIM profile from. Ardvark's eSIM solution offers includes the full suite from Hosted SMDP+, QR Solution, eSIM Orchestration from SIM Profile Ordering, Preparation, Loading, Provisioning and download profile.
